Mediation—A Viable Alternative for the Resolution of Legal Disputes
Robert Adler has utilized his experience to effectively resolve a wide range of disputes that have been brought before him. He brings a relaxed, relational and open style allowing each party the opportunity to be heard. This approach enables each case to be brought to its most optimal outcome.
Mr. Adler has successfully mediated a wide variety of matters involving personal injury, real estate and construction. A meticulous negotiator, he has served for many years on the Alternative Dispute Resolution panel for The Superior Court. Mr. Adler is a graduate of the prestigious Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.
Fees are $250.00 per hour to be divided equally between the parties; a two hour deposit is requested to be applied against the total fee.
